It is important to intentionally put it in our schedule. A visual reminder of things that you can do can help remind you to put that self-care into your schedule.<\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized is-style-default\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.wp.odu.edu\/cultivatinghappiness\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20480\/2021\/01\/Self-care-vision-board-3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.wp.odu.edu\/cultivatinghappiness\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20480\/2021\/01\/Self-care-vision-board-3-1024x493.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-63\" width=\"600\" height=\"305\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Below are some examples of what self-care can be. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Spa activities <\/span><ul><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Go to the dollar store and get eye masks, face masks, facial scrubs, hair masks, and any other spa material for cheap. <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Cook<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Watch movies <\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Play video games <\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Make sure to get enough sleep in. This may mean setting a bed-time that you must stop working <\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Meditation <\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Work out <\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Set boundaries with others. It is okay to say no<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Spend time on your make-up <\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color:#dab853\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Please share with us what types of things you put on your self-care vision board.
