The NIST Cybersecurity Framework provides a set of recommendations that organizations can use to administer and mitigate cybersecurity dangers. There are many benefits to using this framework, but I will mention some of them:
Risk Management: The framework helps organizations identify, assess, and administer cybersecurity dangers in a structured and unchanging manner.
Communication: It provides an average language for inside and exterior communication about cybersecurity points. This can enhance understanding and teamwork between different participants, including management, IT employees, and external partners.
The NIST Cybersecurity Framework could be used in several ways for my future workplace:
Risk Assessment: The framework could be used to make a broad judgment about cybersecurity danger. This could help identify vulnerabilities, warnings, and risks that need to be addressed.
Strategy Development: The consequences of the risk assessment could be used to advance a cybersecurity plan. This could include setting purposes, selecting suitable controls, and assigning resources.
