In the beginning, the field of cybertechnology created new opportunities, but these opportunities were unsafe for the workplace. This new technology has multiple risks to the company, such as data breaches and unauthorized use of company resources, and these risks may affect any organization’s productivity. Additionally, cybercriminals exploit the vulnerabilities of any company or organization; employees use the technology in a bad way, which could lead to harmful ways behind screens, and this makes it hard to detect it in the organization.  However, organizations should understand and make sure to strike a balance between improving technology and strong security to stop such behaviour from employees.
