This article addresses the “bug bounty,” in which the company motivated the white hackers to try to find any vulnerabilities and report them to the company so they could fax it. Additionally, this article highlights the financial benefits, showing that such programs most of the time cost less than if they paid for different security methods. This bounty often brings skilled hackers and improves cybersecurity and the hacker community. For example, this reminded me of what “Apple” did in her new artificial intelligence systems when it announes that if anyone can find a way to bypass these security leaks, it will provide a bounty. These programs need to be balanced between the bounty and the company guidelines.
