As a cybersecurity major, I understand that success in the field is not just about technical knowledge, but also about being able to work effectively with others, adapt to challenges, and take responsibility in professional environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Even though I joined later in my academic journey, the program still provides a meaningful framework for connecting my coursework, skills, and future career goals. It has helped me become more aware of how the skills I am building now will carry into my future in cybersecurity and IT.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
LeADERS (Learning through Active Discovery, Engagement, Reflection, and Showcase) at Old Dominion University is a program designed to help students intentionally develop leadership and professional skills alongside their academic studies.
