1. Criminal justice is related to cyber security because in todays world more and more crime is committed online through the web. Although these crimes are not in person they still are against the law and have very real punishments such as jail time or fines. One example of a cybercrime that would have criminal punishment is hacking. Hacking is defined as gaining unauthorized access into a company or individuals computer in order to steal. Hacking is illegal in all 50 states unless you are granted permission from the owner.
  2. Business is related to cyber security because businesses have to have the most updated cyber security in order to have the best defense against hackers and unauthorized users. One example of how a business must update their cyber security is with firewalls. Firewalls is a line of defense to try and stop hackers from entering their system and stealing information. This is crucial for business such as Apple who are trying to keep blue prints for their next project a secret from other rival companies such as microsoft.

Computer science is related to cyber security because all of computer science happens on a computer and it is very important to protect the information of the codes and projects on companies and individuals computers from theft and unauthorized access. One example why this is important because if a code is stolen than it can be used for another individual or company work which can result in the extreme loss of money, time and credit from the original owner. Computer science must stay up to date with the most current cyber security in order to protect their work from theft.

International Politcs also is related to cyber security because if another country is able to hack into the united states defense system and shut it down than the united states would be completely undefended from attacks. Another example would be in the united states got hacked and a list of all the workers got out those workers could be in danger of identity theft or even worse. These examples are why cyber security is so crucial in international politics because thousands of peoples safety could be at risk.
