Review the NICE Workforce Framework. Are there certain areas that you would want to focus your career on? Explain which areas would appeal the most to you and which would appeal the least.

Ever since I graduated high school Ive had a clear idea of what I wanted to do for a career but with as my college journey continue I’ve have found another interest. In beginning I was dedicated to becoming a Cybersecurity Analyst but as time progressed I have found an interest in becoming a penetration and vulnerability tester. One of the interesting challenges that drew me to wanting to become a penetration tester is the challenge of trying to get into systems and getting past the security that is set in place to protect companies assets. Another interest that I found within both these jobs is the necessary need for both of them and how valuable they are to the company, because they both play key security roles in cybersecurity. My last interest would be learning how to be an efficient white-hat hacker, since I was a junior in high school I always wanted to learn how to hack into system and believe it will be a fun area to learn. I have not came across any areas that was not appealing to me due to the factor I love learning new things and being challenged in within my career field. I am ready to continue learning and gain on the job training so that I can learn different techniques within my field.
