In this article, the author discusses a list of serious online violations many may not know of. In the list five topics seemed very serious to me which were, bullying and trolling, faking your identity online, extracting audio from YouTube, collecting information about children, and using other people’s internet networks.

The reason why these five topics seem as serious as the others is because these topics are also illegal as stated especially faking your identity, receiving information on children, and using other people’s networks. I say this because this allows you to receive the personal information of whomever it is being taken from. This can also change the other person’s life and rather than you receiving the consequences, they could take the penalty just as much.

Bullying and Trolling may not be “illegal” but it is very long and you can also receive major consequences. Bullying can be a digital footprint and can follow you forever, it can lead you to not being able to get the jobs you want.
