Criminal Justice:
This major can relate to cybersecurity simply because criminal justice is knowing what crimes are being committed and how the criminal justice system handles those people who committed the crime. Another way this can be tied to cybersecurity is the different jobs that the criminal justice field can get you. It’s also said the you could be better off with a criminal justice degree than a cybersecurity one because how much they offer.
Computer Science:
The bulk of this major is building websites and mine data. They also study other topics like software design and artificial intelligence. This can be tied back to cybersecurity because while they are creating the websites they also have to know how to make sure nobody can hack into it. With cybersecurity being a subset to this major, it’s obvious how these two majors have a lot in common.
Nursing:
I believe that nursing or any other health major can be tied back to cybersecurity because they need to make sure that their patience’s information doesn’t get taken. They also have their own way to make sure people who don’t have the access to certain information dont get their hands on it.
Business:
This major also have ties to cybersecurity because people in business usually have a whole team to make sure they are safe from hackers or anything else that can ruin their company. It is also very important for businesses to have good cybersecurity and believe that it’s important so they don’t lose money.
