It presents areas within the world of business that are frequently targeted, as well as areas that seem to be easier for people to attack. Using this information, cybersecurity professionals can better prepare companies for “highly targeted” areas. If they know which areas are going to be the most likely victim, then they can focus more attention on those areas. If every company looked at this data, it would most definitely save companies valuable resources such as time, money, and lawsuits. The future of protection for regular civilians could be protected more efficiently as well, since as consumers, our data is stored in almost every company we regularly use.
