Unfortunately, I find none of these careers interesting enough for me to focus my career on, but if I had to choose it would be security control assessment. This career seems like the most challenging one out of all the careers which is why I may enjoy this career. This career requires me to master the controls of the systems and figure out effective ways for it work properly. On the contrary, the career I would least likely to make a career in is cybersecurity legal advice because from the description of the job you most likely would not have to actively manage systems but to give advice to other on what to do in certain situations.
