These three legitimate websites can be proven to be legitimate when we put the websites side by side. Comparing Amazon with Samabooks, Samabooks is the fake website because it has a tab in its menu named ‘home’ which does not being it to the home page and instead to an unfinished ‘home-2’ link. Both websites have an input section to input personal information to get a reply of either a newsletter or asking questions about any issues with the websites. Amazon displays under the input section “Protected by reCAPTCHA. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Amazon Privacy Policy | Opt out anytime,” stating the information inputted will be protected by a third party security company and follows the Google and Amazon privacy policy. On the other website, Samabooks, there is no security policy or any third party security company securing the information inputted.
