No, I take the gym and sport more seriously to where I will rather give up my phone completely then skip the gym to use social media.

No, when my friends or significant other wants me off social media to spend time with them, I will put the phone down.

Yes and no, I tend to use the gym to escape reality but when it is a rest day I will resort to social media.

During the past year, have you had serious conflict with your parents, brother(s) or sister(s) because of your social media use?

No, same as other questions, I am not addicted and social media does not have me wrapped around its finger controlling me.

Thoughts

Using some scale test online, I tested, not addicted to social media. The items on the scale seem to be redundant and repetitive, almost like it is only asking three different question and rewording it to sound different. When looking at the scores from across the world, the more a country uses it the more they may use it to spread important information. People in Europe may only use social media for influencers while the United States uses social media to spread information from the news.
