One of the products that I use that is influenced by design thinking is UberEATS.  Whenever I do not feel like cooking at home or driving to pick up food because the place does not deliver, I know I can rely on UberEATS to provide the service of going to that place and picking up the food and delivering it to me.  I read an article (https://medium.com/uber-design/how-we-design-on-the-ubereats-team-ff7c41fffb76) that talked about how UberEATS approaches their improvements through a design thinking process.  It talked about some of the challenges that they went though, and how they cannot really understand the experiences of a person across the globe in Europe or Asia, unless they actually go there, and experienced both the different cities to include the food and culture.  They mentioned about one of their programs where they take a deep dive into a location and learn that city’s food culture and in turn they can build and tailor the company in different locations.
