I think failure is an amazing thing. As crazy as it sounds, I think everyone can always learn a great deal from failures. What you do as a result of a failure matters a lot more than the failure itself. I grew up playing competitive sports, and one of the things I learned as I got older, that often times, those players that knew how to handle and progress from failure were always better off than those who did not know how to fail. When starting a business, there will be many failures, any person would be ignorant to think that they will not have setbacks in their journey. Failures allow individuals to reassess the areas in which they were wrong and implement measures in place to avoid the same mistake again in the future. It’s just like creating any invention, no one is going to get it right on the money the first time, its all about learning from the things that did not work and continue to make strides in moving forward. Knowing how to fail gives me a clear picture on someone’s maturity and dedication. It is ok to be angry at failure, but eventually we all have to stand back up and continue to move forward. In the entrepreneurship journey, there will be many failures. Whether those failures are not meeting goals, or unforeseen circumstances. Any failure will provide information on how to implement some type of measure for it not to happen again or improve on it to avoid the probability from happening.
