This experience has prepared me greatly for the workforce.  All the planning and understanding that resources only go so far, and that you have to be the best of the best to stand out and get that position.  Throughout the process of this journey, it thought me to understand the value of a strong resume and displaying certain characteristics through an interview that would display my ethical values and the things I can bring to an organization.  I always prided myself on being the type of person that likes to look at things from all perspective, but this process provided more details in some of the things an organization will value that doesn’t show up inside of a job availability posting.
