I think not only myself but everyone in the world has missed opportunities.  These big and famous entrepreneurs were not born with a special gene or trait that let them to their big ideas and companies.  Anyone could have been a Mark Zuckerberg or a Jeff Bezos.  The biggest opportunity that I think I missed off the top of my head.  One of the biggest opportunities that I have missed was to offer a photography service in an area that I was living.  I was a trained photographer in the Navy and the area where I lived in had a lot of different youth sports but the services to photograph the children were way too expensive.  I had all of the time and resources available to be able to solve the problem and make a good profit within my community which was overseas.  I was young at the time, and I thought that I should have spent my time elsewhere, which lead a lot of the parents to just photograph their children with their phones and looking up random templates online to make some sort of product.  It is not anything huge or drastic, but I find myself time and time again thinking about if I would have just given those people the time of day, the joy I could have brought to those families and at the same time, making a decent living to be able to invest the earnings into better equipment that can lead to more diverse photography/videography opportunities.
