My overall perspective on the entrepreneurship experience is that its not for me. I understand that I am a lot older than most people and I spent a lot of time working life as being just another piece of the puzzle and worrying about my role specifically and it is something that I have grown accustomed to. I am not saying that entrepreneurship is bad or anything like that, I just have the preference to worry about things at a smaller scale with less variables. Prior to this class, the notion of starting a business from the ground up was interesting and I thought that it was something that I want to do, but as the course progressed and I work with some colleagues, I started to realize that it wasn’t something that I truly wanted to do. I am still very appreciative of all the information and resources that ODU has given me, and not just through this specific course, because I feel like almost every class is thought in an interdisciplinary perspective that challenges the students to think outside the box.
