Throughout this course, several assignments involved sourcing and pricing components for building local networks. This involved following best practices, conducting in-depth research, and creating layouts that fit the constraints of the assignment. Apart from assignments that asked for hypothetical networking solutions, the course also involved hands-on learning opportunities, such as building a patch cable. Overall, this course covers many concepts from CompTIA Network+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This course provided countless valuable learning opportunities for preparing for the CompTIA Network+ exam and for hands-on learning. My most valuable takeaway from this course was a deeper understanding of what is required to create a local network. Other takeaways included the ability to create proposals for IT-related projects that include estimated costs, benefits, and scale diagrams.
