In his TED talk, Davin Teo discusses his journey to becoming a professional in the field of digital forensics. Davin began as an accountant but discovered an appealing opportunity working an IT job that ultimately led to his current career. Despite having no degree-based background in the subject, his experience working with computers in his free time made his goal of taking this job achievable and exciting. As a digital forensics specialist, Davin had many challenges, such as outsmarting cybercriminals and finding mistakes made by said cybercriminals. One of the most exciting scenarios portrayed by Davin was the idea of collecting data from a workspace without alerting the individuals who occupy that space of their presence.
