- The first ethical I’ll be discussing is security. Security is used in order to keep personal information from being hacked into and kept private. Security is divided into five elements such as vulnerability, threat, risk, exposure, and countermeasure or safeguard. The issues with security is that organization privacy, secrets, and fraud are at risk of being leaked if they have security issues. The second issue is privacy which is information that you don’t let any other organization. The issue with this is that if your privacy about your organization is leaked or hacked into it’ll sabotage the organization. Third issue is implementation, which is when you start going on with plans that you made. For an organization this is crucial, but might cause an organization to go through loss. The last issue is inaccuracies which is information that isn’t correct. The main issue with this is that it may lead to mass confusion in an organization.
- I’ve decided to compare the United States (US) cybersecurity risk with South Korea. South Korea already has a reputation for its outstanding technological advances. South Korea devices are targets for infections. The way they cybercrime is by using a structure that fights cybercrime. However, the US has cybersecurity companies and infrastructure that fight cybercrime. Other countries such as Denmark are also known for their advanced technology. Denmark usually ranks at the top of the list for the infection metric. A small percentage of their devices get infected. Denmark uses a framework to fight their cybercrime and also handles threats well and keeps people and organizations safe. Perhaps they can even help other countries since cybercrime is a worldwide issue that’s still going on today. There are more countries that probably have a better method with dealing with cybercrime, but I wanted to talk specifically about Denmark and South Korea.
