And tell them how not reading and comprehending cyber policy can cause an unsuccessful attempt to protect their business.  When companies read these policies, it will allow them to get better insight on how they can improve their company’s security. Cyber policy is very important for a business to understand ad follow because without it, it will only make the company weaker as time goes on because they don’t know what the right and wrong ways is to go about unfortunate events that can occur. They truly need to understand that these policies will help their business grow and without them their business will be stagnant because they don’t know how to move forward and recover from what may happen. Especially with the rate at which cyber attacks are rising and climbing following and reading the policy is the best way for them to be prepared for this and any other attacks that may take place in the future due to not reading the policy. People are coming up with new ways to hack into companies’ systems as well as breach their data and get all the information and possibly money that they can get. If companies read these policies, it will make it so much easier for them to be able to bounce back and recover from an attack as well as have little to no damage ruin the company and the important pillars of the company. Policies make sure that these companies know how and when to recover when they take a major hit so that they can get right back to business and continue to make money and ensure the safety of client information while their at taking care of the aftermath of the attack.
