- How do engineers make cyber networks safer?
A cyber engineer is a highly trained professional who protect your organization from cyberattacks and serious malfunctions. By incorporating electrical engineering and cyber security, they are the people for the job when it comes to physically designing and building networks and computer systems. By having a background in forensics, security policy, and network defense, they are able to create safe networks and systems for the end user. Unlike a system administrator or network consultant, they are able to do the actual troubleshooting and repair of hardware, software and virtual machines. Part of the job of a cyber engineer is to stage pretend attacks to test the vulnerability of their system. By doing this, they are able to detect weaknesses and possible pathways that hackers would use to gain access.
