The four types of majors offered at ODU would be Criminal Justice, Computer Science, Information System, and Electrical Engineering. These are all majors that can relate to cybersecurity in some way. To start off, Criminal Justice is similar in this huge way and shows the way of the cybersecurity legal systems and ethical side of things. It can also show the policy side on things and right framework throughout the cyber threats. Criminal Justice can add to cybersecurity by investigating cybercrimes. The next major is Computer Science, can help with the data structures and programing, that is a huge aspect of cybersecurity’s core. A lot of known professionals create a safe environment for the system. Computer Science adds a practical to the known areas like the security engineering area. The third major at ODU would be Information Systems. The major’s vocal point would be attending to technology inside the development. It shows very important information for promising business networks and handling cyber scares. Businesses with background in this field can take this knowledge to help relieve worry about cyber risks. A helpful aspect of Information Systems major will help teach students how to secure information, then transmit, and store the computer system. The final major that ODU offers that relates to cybersecurity would be Electrical Engineering. A big aspect that is like cybersecurity would be the developing, designing, and the basic maintenance of systems and components. Another aspect would deal with the encrypting and the design part of cybersecurity that is involved with Electrical Engineering major. This major can add to cybersecurity is by securing network layout, the set-up of the hardware, how to set up the system, and creating encryptions. The major will also teach the proper standards that cybersecurity follows by. This shows that cybersecurity is really used not just only used in its major. It’s used in multiply majors  but in just different aspects.
