Maslow\u2019s Hierarchy of Needs is a theory that American psychologist Abraham Maslow
proposed. This theory states that there are 5 levels of needs that humans possess. One of these
levels is psychological needs. This relates to my phone as I use my phone daily and it has now
started feeling like a necessity. The second level is safety and security needs. This relates to the
built in security systems on my phone and laptop. The third level is love and belonging needs.
This relates to my social media as it helps me feel connected to others. The fourth level is self-
esteem. This relates to when I post online and see the likes because it satisfies the self-esteem
need. The final level is self-actualization. This relates to me pursuing a major and career in cyber
