I scored a 2 out of 9 mainly because I only use social media when I am bored and have nothing to do. I prefer to hang out with my friends and stay away from my phone if I can. The ones that I answered yes to are that I use social media to get rid of negative feelings. If I am in a bad mood, I would rather watch a comedy and get back to a good attitude for the rest of the day. The other question I answered yes to is that I tried to spend less time on social media, but failed because when I am bored, I often scroll through Instagram. I think that people around the world differ based on the location. If you are a third-world country and don’t have many phones you won’t have issues with technology, but if you live somewhere more advanced like America there will 100% be more issues with addiction to social media.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
