Being a cyber analyst relates to multiple social behaviors that were mentioned in the module. It is important for people in this job field to actively seek more information to educate themselves aside from learning on the job. Continuous Learning is an important part of this job. Staying up to date on new technology, threats and tactics keeps you well informed. IT is also important to have good social skills, typically with this entry level position, sometimes it consists of working help desk jobs and providing guidance to and training to employees. Developing good communication skills will allow someone in this role to interact with their coworkers and customers well, which leads to building strong relationships. In the videos, it was also mentioned that networking is important as well. With these social skills, it is easy to meet other people that are in the field and build connections which can lead to employment and educational opportunities. You must also be able to be a team player, positions like this often require collaboration.
