There has also been an increase in the use of AI. Companies have began to integrate Artificial Intelligence as a means to assist with protecting assets from cyber attacks. This article looks to explain how the use of employers bringing in AI tools and it affects employee stress and how they report cybersecurity incidents.<br><strong><em>Relation Of the Topic to The Social Sciences<\/em><\/strong><br>In relation to the social sciences, this topic relates to psychology and behavior. It carefully explains how<br>companies using AI in collaboration with employees contribute to an environment that is already stressful. It induces a state of fear and stress amongst employees, primarily because they may be fearful of being replaced, which will then affect work behaviors, such as not reporting incidents.<br>This article relates to what was in the PowerPoint presentation of module 5, which was about Applying<br>Psychological Principles of Cyber Offending, Victimization, and Professionals. Although the article does not directly mention victimization, it is somewhat implied. Employees may experience indirect victimization from their employer because the organization failed to equip them with the proper training and tools to thwart cyberattacks or threats. In turn this can cause stress for them in an already high-stress, fast-paced work environment. Another example would be psychological victimization.
