On a beautiful Sunday morning a customer came into Best Buy about having an issue with her Phone and Tablet. She was an older female that had no knowledge of her devices or how to fix the problems. She came in and said can you fix the problems without giving any type of information on the problem or how it occurred. I began to tell her about the Best Buy protection program called TotalTech. She wasn’t aware of what TotalTech was and was instantly hooked into the service. Now that she was a TotalTech member I was able to do a data analysis on the tablet. The results were a simple virus on both the tablet and the phone. One great perk for having the TotalTech is that Best Buy can put an antivirus on the devices to protect them after we fix it. She was very concerned about her photos and didn’t want to lose any of them as she had relatives that had passed away. I told her no worries that I could place all the photos on a flash drive or upload it to the cloud. I began to upload all to the flash drive then into her cloud storage incase of any problems that could’ve occurred. After we got the virus off of both of her devices we began to upload all her photos back. She had a smile and blessed me with a $100 tip. I told her thank you and that I wished her nothing but many more blessings her way.
