On a hot sunny afternoon I received a message from my supervisor that a lady with blonde hair is having a real difficult time setting up her gaming laptop. I’m well known for helping and assisting customers with their gaming laptops and gaming setups. She began to explain that this is her first time using and setting up a gaming laptop. I told her she’s in good hands and that all her questions will be answered. As I’m talking to her I told her about all of Best Buy’s benefits and services. Most customers who are setting up a new gaming setup need 24/7 customer support. Without a doubt she immediately becomes a TotalTech member. What really got her was the protection plan for all the devices and accessories that she was purchasing. Along with being able to have a geek squad member come to her house and set up her gaming laptop for her with all the antivirus software and how to properly take care of a gaming laptop. As I’m explaining all these amazing things to her she was shocked that Best Buy even offered all that for only $199.99 a year. She didn’t even know what a virus could do to her laptop and what could be taken from her such as personal information and credit card information. She thanked me for taking the time to explain to her about all the amazing things and if it wasn’t for me she probably would’ve paid more for trying to save her gaming laptop in the future.
