Team 3

Kelly Morgan

            Kelly Morgan contributed a significant amount to the progress of our innovation. When we were discussing which problem our innovation should tackle, she suggested that we look at People Finder Websites and how they harm individuals’ data privacy. Recognizing that there are many issues that revolve around data privacy is not taken as seriously anymore, we went along with it. Kelly graciously told us about her own experiences with People Finder Websites and how difficult it was for her to remove her data from these websites, thus further motivating us to work on this innovation to help people during this process. Kelly’s strengths definitely lied within her communication skills. Often, when I had a question about our innovation or needed to discuss something, she would reply to me with her ideas. Kelly did not have any weaknesses that I can recall; she was very responsive and was overall a very great help to the project. Kelly has certainly been a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely recommend her for future groups, as she is a very hard worker and communicates effectively.

Chenoa Glenn

            Chenoa Glenn helped a lot through the course of this project. At the beginning, along with Kelly’s innovation idea to help opt people out of People Finder Websites, Chenoa discussed her experiences with past innovation projects she worked on. The main theme of these projects were also to help strengthen cybersecurity hygiene amongst individuals, which ended up being one of our innovation’s main missions. Throughout the remainder of the project, Chenoa maintained great communication the group and was usually who instigated when we should host our next group meeting. This communication was definitely one of Chenoa’s strengths, as well as her ability to bounce great ideas back after we made our own suggestions, helping us improve the innovation overall. On the other hand, I cannot think of any weaknesses Chenoa displayed as the project progressed. She always came back with comments about the things we discussed and checked in on the group frequently to see how we were all doing progress-wise. I would recommend Chenoa for future groups, as I definitely had a great time conversing with her about our project.

Brandon Giang

            Brandon Giang helped us greatly throughout this project. Several times, he provided us material to look at to help us during the progression of our innovation. For example, after we all decided that our innovation would focus on data privacy and data brokerage, he informed us about a social media influencer who scours the Internet and shows their viewers all the types of information that can be found about individuals, and why that is concerning. This resource got the ball rolling for the rest of us, giving us a better picture of what exactly we are working with. On top of this material, he also gave many ideas about the innovation and clarified on some areas we were confused about, helping us know exactly what we needed to do. He also helped us come us with the catchy slogan for our innovation, as well as a unique title of our company. Brandon displayed many strengths throughout this project, from providing us with information and helping us all progress to communicating with us in a timely manner. I cannot recall any weaknesses Brandon displayed, as he was very thorough with his responses to us and had many questions that struck very valuable conversations amongst us all. Brandon has been a great teammate to work with, and I would definitely recommend him for other groups.
