Educational Goals

After I graduate from ODU, I plan to continue expanding my knowledge of topics in the cybersecurity field. I believe that with my newfound understanding of entrepreneurship, that I will have a different outlook on cybersecurity businesses and the innovations cybersecurity professionals come up with on a daily basis to improve the security posture of society. With this understanding, I believe that I will also be able to come up with new innovations to help with this endeavor as I learn more about security technologies. My overall career goal is to become an ethical hacker, so the ability to come up with these solutions will likely prove to be invaluable.

Extracurricular Activities

As an aspiring cybersecurity professional and as somebody who yearns to learn more, many of my extracurricular activities include things that will help me expand my knowledge. For example, I often partake in cyber related events hosted by the ODU cybersecurity club, as well as hacking competitions such as the National Cyber League. Additionally, I enjoy solving puzzles located in cybersecurity websites such as TryHackMe, which also includes educational material. This allows me to learn something new every day while enjoying what I do.
