I feel that my role is to be able to find gaps that could be bridged by bringing a new product or service to the market. Combining my military experience, cybersecurity education and certifications that I have earned, I have a unique view of the consumer landscape that could be profitable if I develop my ideas into products. Additionally, like most other “tech savvy” people, I am the primary tech support for friends and family members. This gives me additional insight into the common challenges for the average user.
