I had started a small computer repair and configuration business with a friend 20 years ago but neither of us had the dedication at the time to identify and pursue customers to grow the business. If we had courted some small to medium sized businesses at the time to offer our serviced, we would have been early to the market even though we thought of ourselves as “missing the boat” at the time because we were so deep into the technology ourselves.
