24. What have I learned from failing?

I have learned that most often my instinct is accurate. I rarely fail and think that I never saw it coming when I reflect on my failure. When I start to notice warning signs from my intuition that something might not work out as I intended, I start to do some internal risk analysis. This consists of determining what I would do if my plan doesn’t work and what my alternatives are. Since most risk is measured in dollars or time, I decide if it’s worth it to take a risk and continue down the current road or if I want to pivot to another approach.
