Week 1

Watch this video and write a paragraph about how Ann’s behavior is related to the need for cybersecurity.  In addition, pay attention to the way that technological changes increased cybersecurity risks.  By watching the video you will see that cybersecurity requires an interaction between human behavior and technology.

Review the NICE Workforce Framework.  Are there certain areas that you would want to focus your career on?  Explain which would appeal the most to you and which would appeal the least.

The reason Ann’s Behavior is a really good example for the need of cyber security is because she was an easy target by not knowing to put her bank account information in a well-known site. She should have noticed that as a red flag. Cyber attacks has increased along with the amount of Technology increased. Cyber attacks happen every day and they can happen to anyone including large businesses. There are many types of cyberattacks and to protect yourself and your business is cyber security is needed. Cyber security helps for text your network, data, and computer systems. With this information hackers can get all and will take all of your money and personal info. Hackers sometimes act businesses to get money from or sell it, or even heck technology to harm people. Hospitals are targets of cyber attacks the reason for that is because of the amount of technology.

I feel that all of these categories were interested in so it was hard to say my least likely choice. I chose system of Edmund and software developer as my top choices. The parts and system admin that I have my interest and is installing and maintaining hardware and software. Processing firewalls, patches, and account Creations. Software developing as always been a career choice of mine. Creating video games and apps has always been an interest. Making sure these games, websites, and apps are secure is a must. My least likely choice would have to be digital forensics because I wouldn’t want to deal with theft and fraud and law enforcement.
