Write up #3 Balancing trade-offs and training for cyber tech and allocating with limited funds

BLUF
Balancing trade-offs and threats from external threats isn’t always easy to handle
but how you face those problems will define you as a leader.

How I would balance the tradeoffs and training?
From what I know about tradeoffs they are incompatible features that even
understanding may take some time to understand. Trying to understand as much as
possible can put you in a position to find the leading factors in the cybercrime world
and or the leading factors behind it. There has been little study with these causes
and large-scale crimes but the risk rewards can be challenging not knowing the
severity of the attack.

Now how would I balance the trade-offs and training, Simple Training would be
required before you even are a part of my team to the highest standard. That
means background checks and multiple intelligence tests to see how knowledgeable
you are with this degree of work. Because when you’re put in a situation to save
lives I want to be the man they call to treat the situation to its highest standard of
saving.

Allocating with limited funds
Now with allocating funds, I have no problem explaining that Because I’m very good
at managing my money as a person. So with that being said the way I would
manage the funds through my team would be very simplistic in my opinion.
First I would set A limit on where the funds are being used, such as in the computer
and security database to help run operations smoothly without any possible hacks
or bugs interfering with my crackdowns and investigations. Second, I would set up
contracts so that my employees work for a salary and not a wage making it easy for
them to claim benefits for themselves and their families. And lastly, I would invest
my time and skill into finding the most qualified and eligible hackers software
designers, and staff for my team to be the most successful security team in the
country.

Concluding statement
To conclude my write-up, The effort I would put in to ensure my cybersecurity
system and team would be unmatched by my knowledge of crime and how to crack
down on crimes detrimental to depressing millions of people on a daily basis.
