What am I passionate about? I believe that I am not just passionate about only one thing but a plethora of things. I strive to be the best in almost any activity or event that I have experienced in my life. For example, I’ve played the trumpet since sixth grade, when I attended L Douglas Wilder Middle School in Richmond, Virginia, and I continued until my senior year of high school at Henrico High School. When I first started playing, I could barely play a note, and over the years I improved drastically on my playing. From eighth to twelfth grade I went from the fourth trumpet in a concert band to first trumpet in the marching band, playing every Friday night and marching in parades, that went for miles. Another activity that I improved in would be baseball. When I first started, I had no idea what was going on, and I also broke my arm from an incident my first year playing baseball in first grade, but I fought through my injury and progressed on in my life. After my recovery, I got better and better and made the all-star team for a total of five times. Therefore, as anyone can see, I normally find my niche in activities and succeed at becoming the best I can be with every step and stride.
