Writing Reflection Two
Writing Reflection Essay Two-
Following the second essay, my writing has dramatically progressed in the sense that I have a better understanding of the rubric expectations, my confidence has increased, and my essays now have fewer errors. This time around on the essay I was more dedicated throughout the process. And I learned how to write like a professional writer.
As a student in UNIV 150, I’ve grown to be patient when it comes to writing essay in this class. And I have also been able to polish my skills in writing error-free un purpose, content, clarity, and syntax. The biggest hurdle for me in this class was time-management, I found that every time I turned in an essay I would have to start another one. I haven’t found a full solution to the problem yet, but I have made changes in my life to better accompany the work load. I have found it easier to write essays in a quiet space like the library or a study room, as opposed to my dorm room. In my dorm room I would usually procrastinate or take naps. Realistically, I don’t think I will get over my procrastination anytime soon, but I believe I can manage it.
On Essay number two I received a perfect score, which came as a surprise to me because I didn’t expect to improve so much just in a matter of one essay. The second essay brought me to realize my writing skills could evolve in a short time if I just put in more effort. In this essay I was able to better convey my own ideas to help readers better understand.
Initially, I enrolled in this course to fulfill degree and requirements and and because my advisor suggested it. UNIV 150 would be my first look into college English, I had my doubts. Overall, to my surprise this course has been beneficial in more ways than one considering my writing skills are improving dramatically.
