Driving Directions

From the North

  1. Take I-95 south toward Richmond
  2. Take the left exit #84A onto 295 S, following signs for “Norfolk/Virginia Beach”
  3. Remain on 295 for approximately 12 miles, then exit at #28A (I-64 E), again following signs to “Norfolk/Virginia Beach”
  4. Remain on I-64 E for approximately 93 miles, then use the right 2 lanes to take exit 284A to merge onto I-264 E toward Va Beach
  5. Remain on I-264 E for 4 miles, then take exit 17 B for Independence Blvd toward Town Ctr/Pembroke
  6. Use the left lane to take the ramp onto VA-225 N/S Independence Blvd
  7. Merge onto VA-225 N/S Independence Blvd
  8. Turn right onto Commerce St
  9. Town Center has five garages with more than 4,380 spaces and 86 on-street spaces available for public use. Parking is free; however, there are many areas inside the garages and on-street with two-hour time restrictions. The two-hour time restrictions are enforced. Entrances are located on Market Street, Central Park Avenue, Town Center Drive, and Constitution Drive.

From the South

  1. Take I-85 north to Route 58 east.
  2. Follow 58 east to 264 east toward Portsmouth/Norfolk.
  3. Remain on I-264 E for approximately 18 miles, then take exit 17 B for Independence Blvd toward Town Ctr/Pembroke
  4. Use the left lane to take the ramp onto VA-225 N/S Independence Blvd
  5. Merge onto VA-225 N/S Independence Blvd
