This intelligification can happen to many different parts of the public sphere such as markets and businesses, this then causes questions on how this new types of technology should be regulated. Markets should not be able to use this new intelligification to manipulate or subconsciously control others into buying more into them or to use new technology in order for harming others for financial gains. Businesses should not be allowed to sell items that will be used in the public space that gathers and sells the personal data of individuals or groups, the reasoning for this is because it would be a breach of privacy and allow many to gain knowledge of others to potentially stalk or harm them.\u00a0 Groups should not be allowed to hack into currently used intelligification devices since this could allow them to change what they were originally meant to do, thus the next person that tries to use it could be harmed, or their data\/information could be farmed form the hacked items.
