When talking about the development of cyber-policy and infrastructure given the “short arm” of predictive knowledge I believe that we shouldn’t jump to conclusions with technology because technology development changes every single day. I believe it’s best not to rush into new cyber-policy when we don’t know what to expect. The “short arm” predictive knowledge basically means that you should be prepared with new policies but we don’t know what to expect with the growth of technology nowadays. I believe this way is the proper and best way to have the best cyber policy which is up to date every day.
