If it were me, I would balance the trade-off between technology and training. I
would do a 50/50 split at the start because I feel like we need to invest in technology.
Technology will run the world essentially; eventually, you will need to use technology for
every little thing. Technology is always becoming more advanced and getting better, so
having the newest up-to-date technology or trying to create the newest technology is
very important.
I feel like people are important, which is why we would need to invest in them
because I know we will not be the only people trying to create the best technology, and
people will do anything to create the next big thing because they know it will make them
millions of dollar, they will hack into other networks trying to steal other information from
other companies. So having trains so people can learn how to prevent people from
hacking into our network is important. Also, making sure people know how to update the
network and make it more secure and safer.
After we train all of the people that we need to train, I will start focusing on the
technology more. It would turn into a 62/38 split. Because after we have trained all the
people we need, then we will put them in spots where they will be beneficial to us. Then
we will focus more on making sure the network is safe, and also focus on making the
next best technology product.
