The agency that I am doing my evaluation in is the same place I am doing volunteer hours. The agency agreed that the best time for me to do this is while I am there on Thursday November 8th at 10 a.m. Another good time agreed upon is Tuesday November 13th at 10 a.m. During those times the stakeholders are available and willing to discuss the evaluation. Their level of involvement will be thirty minutes to an hour of their time. It is during those times that I will conduct an evaluation by using questions, gathering information, and gathering resources that will help me with my evaluation.

Nov 8th at 10 a.m. – meeting with Elizabeth Chassey to ask questions pertaining to the agency and its resources

Nov 13th at 10 a.m. – going to agency to gather resources and other information to research and gathering information from agency records.
