CyberPatriot
Throughout all four years of high school, I participated in the CyberPatriot competition. I was promoted to team captain for my junior and senior years. During that time, we advanced to the gold tier for our state for two years. During my senior year, we advanced to the National semifinals. I am now the mentor for my high school’s team.
Virginia Cybersecurity Students (VCyS) & Coastal Virginia Cybersecurity Students Association (CVCSA)
I am the administrative director for Virginia Cybersecurity Students (VCyS). We are a statewide Cybersecurity student association in Virginia funded by the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative (CCI) aiming to empower cybersecurity students through collaboration, knowledge, and resource sharing across the commonwealth. Our vision is to become the leading force in empowering Virginia’s future cyber leaders and professionals.
I am also the administrative chair for the Coastal Virginia regional node of VCyS: CVCSA.
CCI TEEM Mentor
I am acting as a cybersecurity mentor for high school students through Commonwealth Cyber Initiative’s TEEM Mentor Program.
