Review the NICE Workforce Framework. Are there certain areas that you would want to focus your career on? Explain which areas would appeal the most to you and which would appeal the least.

After reviewing the NICE Workforce framework, I was intrigued by the Protection and
Defense component, specifically the threat and vulnerability analysis. Currently, I am
interested in becoming an Ethical hacker eventually going the route of Penetration
Tester. The threat/vulnerability analysis and defensive cybersecurity roles would align
with my interests as well as my career ambitions. The role’s that I found to be the least
interesting were the oversight and governance roles. I’m not the biggest fan of being in
any sort of managerial role and don’t really like planning and creating policies. Having to
supervise and ensure team members conduct annual trainings is not really my
preference. With that being said, I am open-minded about my career goals and am
always receptive to new perspectives. The NICE Workforce framework was an insightful
read and has piqued my interest in considering other fields.
