Another name for the role is Cybersecurity Help Desk and working with customers on remediating cybersecurity issues like phishing attacks and intrusion attacks would be some of the main things you would do. Typically, it seems like these roles are team based, so you would be working on a team towards a resolution. The key aspects of social behaviors are how you interact with other people. Whether that is with your teammates or the customer you are providing service to, being able to confidently assist and communicate builds trust and rapport.
