Are there certain areas that you\u00a0would want to focus your career on? Explain which areas would appeal\u00a0the most to you and which would appeal the least.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After reviewing the NICE Workforce framework, I was intrigued by the Protection and<br>Defense component, specifically the threat and vulnerability analysis. Currently, I am<br>interested in becoming an Ethical hacker eventually going the route of Penetration<br>Tester. The threat\/vulnerability analysis and defensive cybersecurity roles would align<br>with my interests as well as my career ambitions. The role\u2019s that I found to be the least<br>interesting were the oversight and governance roles. I\u2019m not the biggest fan of being in<br>any sort of managerial role and don\u2019t really like planning and creating policies. Having to<br>supervise and ensure team members conduct annual trainings is not really my<br>preference. With that being said, I am open-minded about my career goals and am<br>always receptive to new perspectives. The NICE Workforce framework was an insightful<br>read and has piqued my interest in considering other fields.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Review the NICE Workforce Framework.
