How does cyber technology impact interactions between offenders and victims?

According to cyber cramps studies and researchers cyber victims against traditional crimes are more likely to be called offenders. With a cyber policy that is in place right now without a complete investigation of the cyber incident, it is highly difficult to define the victim from the offender. As technology becomes more reliant, cyber crime rates are increasing in a regular way and traditional crime rates are starting to decrease. The wave in fiber crime property may override most benefits that Americans have enjoyed as a result of the traditional forms of property crime decreasing. Even with this new low trim dishing of property crime in the digital age cyber criminals and regular criminals tend to have some shared risk factors. Those risk factors include: no self control and risky routine activities. Adam offending actually was seeing your respect for victimization and vice versa. This made the cyber crime offending and victimization to share some similar underlying factor, which could potentially be studied to help investigate future cyber crimes to determine the offender and who the victim is. The difference between a cyber criminal and a cyber offender is that a cyber criminal has learned how to manipulate computer software and hardware, whereas a traditional offender has not. I’m doing this because it makes it a lot harder for the legal system to successfully investigate cyber crimes. One of the main differences that sets a cyber offender from a cyber victim, is that an offender tends to have more self-control because they rationalize their offenses by factoring in the realization that they are not physically hurting anyone. Since it has opened up that cyber crime should be looked at differently compared to traditional crime, more room for cyber offenders to use this gap for their profit. Since there is a lot more loopholes when it comes to a cyber offender, this behavior is not always looked at as bad, so it is potentially possible to mix up with the offender from the victim, and they may not give out the correct repercussion for the inappropriate behavior either.
