who is Dominick online? (Sports wise)<\/p>\n\n\n\n


I’ve always been a pretty active guy. Since I could walk I was always doing some kind of activity. I was born on small island in the Caribbean called curacao! I taught myself how to swim at a very young age. While I was in grade school I didn’t go to the gym often. However I would always be on a swim team or doing another sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


In august of 2024 I decided to get a One Life fitness member. Ever since then I have been going everyday working on my fitness journey! When I started my fitness journey back in august 2024 I also started a highlights folder on my Instagram page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


I started out in the gym doing my own thing. Then one day I had a body exam done by one of the trainers there. She had recommended I take a class that One life provided called “Fit 360”! Following that I took the class and fell in love with it. It was mostly a strength class working different muscle groups and a little cardio here and there. I would attend this class two to three times a week on top of doing my own workouts. Eventually I had asked the class instructor could he train me privately and he agreed! Ever since then I have seeing my trainer twice a week and working out on my own all the other days!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below I have pictuers from my high lights from my instagram! Each one is dated on the top left of the picture. I truly enjoy working out and posting my progress as well! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
